Tzion Jones recently received his bachelor’s degree in both Computer Science and International & Public Affairs from Brown University. He specializes in data science, and is proficient in Python, Java, and GIS. He has worked to improve local environmental policy through his quantitative research for the Audubon Society of Rhode Island and The Nature Conservancy, and has done significant qualitative work for the Watson Institute as part of the Africa Initiative. He currently works as a data analyst for the Information Futures Lab at Brown, where he helps to assess and assuage the impacts of online misinformation on Rhode Island communities. Tzion is interested primarily in technology policy, and was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.
